2. Subscription Payments and Service Period

Bodydot Fitness software may be provided on a monthly, annual, or other subscription basis.

The service period begins when payment is completed and the account or license is activated, unless otherwise specified in an applicable agreement, quotation, invoice, or service order form.

3. Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing may vary depending on the customer’s plan, region, distributor arrangement, billing cycle, promotional terms, applicable taxes, payment processing fees, or separate written agreement.

The final subscription fee is the amount displayed at checkout or specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, service order form, or written agreement before payment.

4. Cancellation Before Payment

Customers may cancel their subscription or service request without any charge before payment is completed.

5. Refund Before Service Activation

If payment has been completed but the account or license has not yet been activated, customers may request a refund.

In such cases, the refund will be processed in accordance with the payment method and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

6. Refund After Service Activation

Once the account or license has been activated and service usage has begun, refunds may generally be limited.

However, if the service is not properly provided due to reasons attributable to the Company and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable period, a partial refund or service credit may be provided based on the unused service period.
