Hello, thank you for using Bodydot Fitness (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Team Elysium Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). We kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions prepared below by our company, which provides exercise measurement programs through professional measuring devices.

Account information

You can create an account using your email and mobile phone. However, to verify your identity, you must go through an email verification process at the time of registration. In addition, to continue using the service on other devices (such as PC or tablet), you must re-verify through the email you initially registered with.

In the following cases, account creation may not be approved:

  1. Attempting to create an account using another person’s name, phone number, or other personal information
  2. Attempting to create multiple accounts by the same person
  3. Failing to provide required information or entering false information when creating an account
  4. If the account was previously deleted or suspended due to violations of operating policies or laws
  5. If the phone number is identified as having a fraud record on scam information or government sites

The account may only be used by the account holder and cannot be transferred or shared with others. If your mobile phone number changes, you can update it by completing the verification process again through the settings menu within the service or by contacting customer support.

Precautions for Use

  1. Members must not engage in the following acts:
    1. Registering false information when applying for membership or modifying information
    2. Using another person’s information without authorization
    3. Altering information posted by the company
    4. Copying, transmitting, or sharing illegal software or information prohibited by law or the company
    5. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the company or third parties
    6. Damaging the reputation of the company or third parties, or interfering with business
    7. Posting or disclosing obscene or violent messages, voices, or images
    8. Using the service in ways unintended by the company
    9. Decompiling or reverse engineering the service
    10. Other illegal or unfair activities
    11. Violating laws, these Terms, or operating policies
  2. Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms, other operational policies set by the Company, notices announced by the Company, and applicable laws and regulations. Members must not engage in acts that interfere with the Company’s operations, damage the Company’s reputation, or cause harm to others.
  3. Members may not use the Service for business activities without the prior consent of the Company, and the Company is not responsible for the results of such activities. If the Company suffers damages due to such business activities, the member is obligated to compensate the Company. The Company may also restrict the member’s use of the Service and claim compensation through proper legal procedures.
  4. Unless explicitly authorized by the Company, members may not transfer or assign their right to use the Service or their status under the service agreement to others, nor may they provide it as collateral.
  5. Members must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of the Company or third parties.
