Team Elysium Inc.   3. Processing of pseudonymized information for statistical and scientific research The Company processes certain personal information in a pseudonymized or anonymized form and uses it for new service development purposes, including research and development of language-based AI technologies such as algorithm development.

Article 2 [Provision of Personal Information]

  1. With the member’s prior consent, the company provides personal information to third parties within the scope of the notified purposes of collection and use. Without such consent, it will not provide beyond that scope. However, exceptions are as follows:
    1. When the member has given written consent
    2. When required by law to submit personal information
    3. When provided in a form where individuals cannot be identified, for statistics, research, or surveys

Article 4 [Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Disposal]

In principle, a user’s personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. The company’s procedures and methods for the destruction of personal information are as follows.

  1. Disposal Procedure
    1. The company records and manages matters related to the disposal of personal information. Disposal is carried out under the responsibility of the Data Protection Officer, who also confirms the results of disposal.
    2. In cases where other laws require retention, the company may exceptionally refrain from destroying the user’s personal information.

    1. Personal information stored on paper or other physical media is shredded or incinerated.
    2. Personal information stored in electronic files is permanently deleted by methods that make recovery impossible (technological methods that prevent data reproduction).

Retention of Undestroyed Information When personal information is retained without being destroyed in accordance with legal requirements, such information or related files are stored and managed separately from other personal information. Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for purposes other than those permitted by law.
